DansConnection Company (DCC)
DansConnection Company is a group of dancers who are invited to perform in various out of town festivals and local competitions. This opportunity is offered to all
students 8 years and up who participate in weekly R.A.D Ballet classes and attend DansConnection summer dance program. DCC forms can be picked up from our office and
are due back June 1st. All solo & duo choreography will be completed between June and August. All DCC students must show commitment to dance.
Rehearsal Expectation
• Dancers must arrive 15 minutes prior to rehearsals
• Dancers must be warmed up prior to rehearsal times
• Dancers must sign in at every rehearsal
• Parents & students must notify in advance if the dancer will be unable to attend a rehearsal
• Parents must stay informed and play an active role in staying up to date
• No observers are allowed during any rehearsals practices.
• In the event of illness, dancers should attend and watch group rehearsals or send a representative to video tape if possible.
• For Questions & concerns please notify our office administrator, to set up an appointment in order to ensure full attention and care is provided.
• Dancers must be on time for practices and be ready to dance.
• Dancers must be dressed in proper dance clothes, proper hair requirements and have everything needed for practice
• Dancers must inform the choreographers if they are unable to attend a practice.
• Dancers are responsible for knowing & practicing the choreography.
